This is all because of Soundscape user Ronnie Stone… Ronnie (who has previously been interviewed for the Sydec website) keeps going from strength to strength. When he was commissionned to create the ad music for the Morrisons butchers chain, he came up with something so special that numerous shoppers wanted to purchase the music from the butchers! The ad was also rated number 1 for the UK.
We don’t yet know if Morrisons have any plans to diversify and sell CDs along with sirloin steaks.
Ronnie has now extended the ad music into a song with an alt blues band he’s producing (The Loving Cup), signed to label Blue Matters.
High-flyer Ronnie is also having success around the planet with his ad music: “Currently the Diamond Car Insurance adverts and the Delta Airline adverts are running (Delta as far as India), all recorded, arranged and mixed in the Soundscape 32 system by me and my motley crew.”
