Sydec Audio Engineering used the 2005 MusikMesse, which took place in Frankfurt am Main from 6th to 9th April, to present an impressive number of exciting new products.

Please read the Soundscape MusikMesse Press Release for details on all the new products, which include new iBox input/output and conversion modules, the Madixtreme PCI audio card, the Opticoax MADI format converter, the iSDisk 4-F (firewire hard disk unit) and the iEdit 128-M and 128-K editing controllers.
The new products were enthusiastically received by the many visitors, which included current and prospective Soundscape users, members of the national and international press and a number of representatives from other audio companies. As is becoming a Soundscape tradition, the finest Belgian beer was offered to the attendees of the Soundscape demos, thus helping them to mix business and pleasure (soft drinks were also available).
For those who could not attend the trade show, we'd like to share some pictures of the Soundscape booth. You may have missed all of this, but no harm done: browse this site and discover the future of digital audio.

Quiet before the storm: the Soundscape booth in the morning, before the first visitors arrive.
All setup and ready... Denise Wijnen is in front of one of the demo stations. Version 5 of the Editor is ready to be previewed.
The first visitors arrive. By the way, Soundscape Mixpander Power Pak is on this month's cover of Sound on Sound magazine.
Producer Wolfram Dettki (left) visited the booth with his musician wife (right). They have a chat with Johan Bonnaerens of Sydec (third from right) and Matthias Schäuble of Perplex-Tonstudio (second from right).
 The booth gets busy.
Visitors try the new software with Johan Bonnaerens (Soundscape Mixer demo station, near the entrance) and Carl Owen (Editor demo station, at the back of the stand)... while Erik Wijnen of Sydec Audio Engineering (to the left) is ready to greet visitors in any one of five different languages!
