Overview
The Soundscape EACM™ EQ|1 plug-in is the result of years of cutting-edge research by German audio wizards Algorithmix, already noted for their groundbreaking reNOVAtor™ plug-in.
Throughout this research, Algorithmix have analysed many analogue audio circuits, capturing their most essential characteristics and translating them into a complex mathematical form. The resulting EACM™ (Electro Acoustic Coefficient Modelling) technology is an entirely new concept, reaching far beyond older technologies such as emulation or convolution. Rather than emulating or attempting to clone actual devices, EACM™ captures the spirit, feel and character of classic, high-end analogue hardware. The EACM™ plug-ins therefore naturally respond like the most sought-after, exotic and expensive analogue gear. They carry the sonic-DNA of pure Ear Candy!

Offering all the sonic magic you could ask for, the Soundscape EACM™ EQ|1 plug-in is perfect for the most demanding mastering tasks. However, several instances can be used simultaneously as channel EQ modules, subject to Sample Rate and the Soundscape hardware configuration (5 mono instances or 4 stereo instances possible on a Mixtreme 192, 80 mono instances or 48 stereo instances on a Mixpander/9, running at 44.1kHz). It is suitable for all Soundscape Digital Audio Workstations (Soundscape 32, Soundscape 16, R.Ed) and DSP powered audio cards (Mixpander, Mixtreme 192).
