What products qualify for the Soundscape Money back Guarantee?
All new hardware products of the Soundscape brand name qualify for the Soundscape Money Back Guarantee, provided that the products are returned to Sydec Audio Engineering within 30 days of the original shipping date out of the Sydec Audio Engineering warehouse and that the products are complete, in perfect condition, not damaged and returned in the original packaging.
The Soundscape 30-day Money Back Guarantee does not apply for password protected licenses of software packages. These passwords are generated on-demand for a particular hardware device and therefore cannot be revoked once they were generated.
The Soundscape 30-day Money back Guarantee does not apply for services or items that were repaired.
